Here's the Squirrel looking for Darwin so she can taunt him...
Later, she seems to be meditating her next move.
Today, my husband took these priceless pictures, and then had to move the bird feeder because the squirrel was doing her high-flying circus act, throwing herself onto the feeder, which hangs from the ceiling outside the large picture window in the living room, and then shaking all the seed to the ground.

Oh my GOD: those pictures are priceless. I salute you, sir!
This morning I opened my living room curtain to find a huge grey furball on the sill. At first I thought it was a squirrel, but then I realized that it was that rugged-looking grey and white cat, all curled up on the sill and watching the ground for birds. I chased it off, and it glared at me for a long time, as though it really wanted to put a hex on me.
That evil gray and white cat hunts at both our feeders. Rusty used to love to chase him. He's also the one who killed a chipmunk earlier this fall. I can just picture him glaring. He likes to do that once he's safely out of reach of the dogs.
When I turned on the kettle for my coffee this morning, I looked over and saw not only the squirrel on your windowsill but also three more on the ground below her. An army!
It's an invasion and they're winning! I think I'm going to have to buy squirrel food...
